What does your silence sound like?

Take time during this quiet time of the year where you listen to yourself and find rest and reflection. Experience how your body feels when you are connected to yourself and relaxed into your truth.  When you are a bit stressed or out of balance later in the year try to remember how you feel in this moment so you can draw on your experiences and facilitate your own relaxation.

This video was inspired by one I created during a 30 day video challenge last May. When I viewed it recently again, it reminded me to revisit our silence.
